A | MOSCOW -- Russia's foreign minister will visit North Korea this week, the Foreign Ministry said Monday, days after the United States claimed Pyongyang had delivered munitions and military equipment to Russia for use in the fighting in Ukraine.Sergey Lavrov will be in North Korea on Wednesday and Thursday, the ministry said in a brief statement that did not specify whom he would meet or the aims of the trip.The White House said Friday that more than 1,000 containers of equipment and ammunition have been sent to Russia from North Korea.North Korean leader Kim Jong Un traveled to Russia last month to meet President Vladimir Putin and visit key military sites, triggering speculation about a possible North Korean plan to refill Russia’s munition stores that have been drained by the protracted conflict with Ukraine. White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said that the U.S. believes Kim is seeking sophisticated Russian weapons technologies in return for the munitions to boost North Korea’s military and nuclear program.The White House released images that it said show the containers were loaded onto a Russian-flagged ship before being moved via train to southwestern Russia. The containers were shipped between Sept. 7 and Oct. 1, according to the White House.。日前，中央精神文明建设办公室发布《2025年度中央专项彩票公益金支持乡村学校少年宫项目资金分配使用情况公告》（以下简称公告）。公告显示，2025年度该项目年度资金总额达1.77亿元，覆盖832个脱贫县的9801所乡村学校少年宫，受益未成年人达449万人次，各项目标全面超额完成。

　　自2011年项目启动以来，中央专项彩票公益金已持续14年护航乡村学校少年宫建设，成为推进乡村素质教育、助力教育公平的标志性公益工程。　　根据公告，2025年财政部、中央精神文明建设办公室、教育部继续实施该项目，分两批次下达中央财政预算：2024年12月提前下达10351万元，2025年6月再次下达4350万元，合计14701万元；同时带动地方财政配套资金3035.95万元，年度资金总额达17736.95万元。全年实际执行数为12254.82万元，执行率为69.09%。公告指出，项目执行率的阶段性变化主要与资金下达时序有关，部分资金将结转至下一年度继续使用。　　从绩效指标看，项目核心产出数据远超预期。受益未成年人达到449万人次，较260万的年度目标值超出72.7%；平均活动项目数为6个，超出设定目标值4个50%；项目学校平均招募校内外辅导员4人，实现年度目标。质量方面，活动室修缮合格率达97.81%，活动器材使用合格率达97%，投入使用率达100%。三方满意度也持续保持高位——学生满意度92.91%、教师满意度93.11%、家长满意度92.56%，均远高于85%的设定目标值。　　立足当下成效，回望14年历程，中央专项彩票公益金支持乡村学校少年宫项目经历了清晰的发展脉络。2011年9月，中央文明办、财政部、教育部在山东淄博共同举办项目全国启动仪式。“十二五”期间，中央安排彩票公益金24.5亿元，在全国范围内建设8000所乡村学校少年宫，每年建设约1600所，至2015年实现东、中、西部地区分别覆盖15%、20%和30%乡镇的目标，迅速填补了广大乡村地区课外活动场所的空白。
